Ingredients

  • Cabbage: 5 head(s)
  • Ground Beef: 12 pound(s)
  • Minute Rice: 28 oz(s)
  • Sour Kraut: 2 large can(s)
  • Tomato Soup: 4 can(s)

Instructions

  1. Core and boil cabbage.
  2. Remove stalk from individual leaves and set aside.
  3. Mix meat, uncooked rice, minced onion, garlic salt, tomato soup.
  4. Roll meat mixture into balls and wrap in cabbage leaf.
  5. Place cabbage rolls in deep roasting pan.
  6. Cook rolls at 350 degrees until meat is fully cooked.
