Ingredients
All-Purpose Flour:
2 1/2 cup(s)
Egg:
6 egg(s)
Unsalted Butter:
6 tablespoon(s)
— melted
Sugar:
8 tablespoon(s)
— optional for sweet crepes
Chives:
8 tablespoon(s)
— optional minced for savory crepes
Instructions
Blend flour and sugar or chives.
Blend in eggs.
Add half the milk (1 cup) and blend.
Add half of the melted butter (3 tbsp) and blend.
Repeat steps 3 & 4 until there is no more milk and melted butter.
Use 1/3 cup of batter and cover the bottom of a medium sized skillet.
With spatula lift the edge of the crepe and flip.
