Ingredients

  • Italian Sausage: 3/4 pound(s)hot or mild depending on your preference
  • White Onion: 1 cup(s)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream: 1 1/4 cup(s)
  • Chicken Broth: 3/4 cup(s)
  • Frozen Peas: 2 cup(s)
  • Cream Cheese: 1 bricksoftened
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1 cup(s)
  • Garlic: 2 clove(s)chopped
  • Salt: 1 dash
  • Pepper: 1 dash
  • Pasta: 1 boxbow tie or penne

Instructions

  1. Sauté sausage and remove.
  2. With oils and juice from sausage, sauté onions and garlic then drain majority of oils.
  3. Add whipping cream brining to a boils for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth and cream cheese, cool on high for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add sausage and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add parmesan, spices, and peas.
